Imagine as the sun sets over the horizon; a night filled with exotic Middle Eastern wonder…
On arrival guests are greeted by the sweet smells of incense and exotic spices such as cinnamon and cardamom… awaiting them is a Moroccan bazaar.
Guests will take a magical trip as they fly the golden carpet to a land of gold and priceless jewels, to an unknown mystical place of wizardry, a harem of beautiful belly dancers, roving minstrels and mysterious fortune tellers.
A beautiful silk-lined room or marquee is filled with galaxy lights awaiting guests are exotic sights, sounds and smells of the souque, complete with faux windows and soft silks lining the ceiling and across the roofline. With flowing curtains and large multi-coloured silk cushions in abundance, lavish drapes and carpets adorning the walls and floors you are left thinking you are in a sheik’s harem. Tables are extravagantly decorated with white table cloths laden with exotic flowers centred on a golden overlay with a gold genie lamp surrounded by floating candles made of crystals and pearls.
Chair covers are black with large red and gold ribboned wraps.
Guests are taken back to this magical arid land as they enjoy the festivities and fine foods fit for a Sheik being served by wait staff dressed in traditional djelabas.
The bazaar atmosphere is enhanced by exotic foods, carpets, urns, wandering performers and exotic belly dancers. Snake charmers, fire dancers, jugglers, tumblers and palm readers all mingling and entertaining guests adding to the excitement of the evening.
Guests dress as Arabian princesses or exotic belly dancers…. all enhancing the feeling of being transported to another world!!
The stage is set when an appropriate middle eastern style musical ensemble plays into the wee hours of the night….

BOLLYWOOD THEME
Be swept up in the colourful foreign phenomena that is Bollywood… there’s glitz, there’s glamour, there’s plenty of drama and dance and it all builds to a spectacular night of nights!
The evening begins when guests receive a beautiful traditional Bollywood costume complete with Indian jewels and headpieces.
As guests arrive they are transported into the magical world of India- Bollywood style… At the entrance to the exotic venue there are two Sari dressed women wearing colourful Indian costumes and headpieces, greeting guests and handing out bindis and garlands.
Once inside, guests feel they have entered a night of exotic Bollywood wonder -the venue is decorated as a harem and features fairy lights, chandeliers, traditional Indian statues, paintings, tapestries, low lounges strewn with bright coloured jeweled cushions and low tables with jugs and candles. Silk fabrics are hung from the ceiling and flow down to the floor in vibrant reds, pinks, oranges, blues and greens and the tables are adorned with brightly coloured silk tablecloths, orchids, spices, floating tea-light candles and rose petals.
The entertainment starts as guests mingle, served with pre-dinner drinks and canapés by Bollywood dressed wait staff. During this informal time many traditional Bollywood entertainers roam through the people, awing guests with their beauty and skills. Entertainment includes live Bollywood statues, Indian fortune tellers, henna tattoo artists- painless and fantastic to watch, Bhangra dancers, an Indian Snake Charmer, Bollywood dancers and Indian head masseurs. Guests are also able to relax to the sounds of traditional sitar players and Dhol drummers.

THE SHOW
This theatrical event is like nothing ever seen before. Guests are entertained with all of the extravagance, romance and allure that is Bollywood – glitter and glamour, bangles and beads, majestic sets and dazzling costumes.
Bollywood is a theatrical dance spectacular which charts the enchanting history of the world’s largest and most prolific film industry and a dynasty of stars that have lit its way over generations. The show will transcend time and will be a touching tribute to the Bollywood greats of yesterday and the hits of today.
A fictional story, yet based on real life, the Bollywood stage show reveals to guests the workings of cinema and the part it plays in the heart and soul of Indian society in a spectacular evening of music and dance at the heart of which lies a heartfelt story of a young girl, her grandfather and their love of dance.

GALA DINNER/THEMED PARTY
Enjoy a Themed Beach Party Dinner – A theme that definitely has the “Wow” factor!
Imagine this…… a journey that provides guests with a total experience – pampering, indulgence, decadence and celebration. We will transport guests to absolute paradise!
Guests dress in their favourite beach attire and enjoy the fun of a traditional Beach Party either around the pool on the foreshores of an Island or Beach whilst they wriggle their toes in the sand!
The basis of this theme is the costumes…either provided for or each guest told to bring with them in their invitation.
The ladies can wear a floral sarong with a Frangipani Lei and a bustier that features shells and gold glitter whilst the men can wear bow-tie, floral
board-shorts & a dinner jacket.
As your guests make their way around the pool, onto the island, or beach, they pass along an avenue of burning bamboo flares instantly transporting them into a tropical paradise. The fragrance of essential oils mingle subtly with floral aromas.
Images and sounds of birds and flowers swirl above and around them in a manner that will create intrigue, wonderment and delight.

Guests are welcomed by a large group of Islanders dressed appropriately in grass skirts playing authentic music accompanied by dancers.
Each guest is presented with a floral lei and a fragrant frangipani or hibiscus placed behind the left ear and handed a spectacular, multi coloured fruit
cocktail. They are tantalised by the smell of an open BBQ and the pungent aroma of a sizzling BBQ all adding to the atmosphere. There a generous feast laid out before them. Bamboo flares surround the area, which is decorated with beach balls, umbrellas, swim rings and surfboards.
VENUE THEMING
Create a ‘Feast of the Senses’ for your guests where each and every one of the five senses are stimulated over the course of the evening. Guests will be fully engaged in a multi-sensory experience.
The dining area is decorated with large palm trees and greenery to lend that tropical feel.
The soothing sounds of a live harpist adds to the feeling of relaxation and intimacy. This is accompanied by an atmospheric soundtrack of nature – babbling
brooks, wind in pine trees, gentle waves, birds etc
The lighting in the room emanates from large candelabras lining the walls – providing a soft, warm and inviting ambience.
Guests are seated at long elegant tables with white linen table-cloths and high backed chairs draped in touquoise, pink and orange silk chair covers.
The tables have several large martini glasses adorned with spectacular displays of fruits.. large pineapples, oranges, limes, grapes & peaches with cocktail umbrellas floating lotus candles flickering with floral arrangements consisting of white orchids, orange bird of paradise and blue gerberas.
Table centres are also decorated with a fun and colourful miniature beach scene with coloured star fish in water, mini palm trees, coconuts nestled in sand with coconut leaves, minature coloured thongs, flowers and shells.
There are fairy lights surrounding the tables and beach flares around a Bure which is set up as the Bar Area, With potted palms, large umbrellas, snorkels, flippers beach bags, beach balls, Hoola hoops, sand pails, beach towels, ice-buckets and deck chairs all add to this tropical paradise beach theme.
Guests enjoy sunset cocktails while listening to serenaders on guitars as their buffet style island dinner sizzles in the background…aromas wafting over guests wetting their appetites for was is to come!. Guests enjoy the delights that island cuisine has to offer with a traditional ‘roast on the spit’ island feast with large seafood platters and fruits served with beautiful white wines.
After dinner guests dance in the sand to ‘The Beach Boys’ and ‘Tropicana’ island music. Crazy beach party games can also be on the menu…Beach Olympics include sack races, coconut on a spoon race, flippers and snorkel race, sand sculpting, raft building and inflated beach ball racing …all can take place through out the evening to keep guests in stitches.

INVITATION
On thick woven paper or animated email the invitation is sent as a beautiful Scroll. The scroll would feature a red wax tamped sea and red velvet ribbon, written in ‘Old English’ calligraphy. The ‘Quill’ pen could also be included or animated dipping into a small pot of ink.
‘Noble Knights and Ladies, let us make merry this fine eve for who knows what the morrow brings?
GALA DINNER
“Let your guests experience a magical evening with a decadent Medieval Feast…a banquet fit for Kings and Queens!”
Dressed in Medieval costumes our Lords, Lady’s, Earls, Knights, Barons, Baronesses, wenches, peasants, magicians, jesters and executioners gather your guests together for their official photos – these can be given as gifts later.
Guests are treated to goblets of champagne and platters of fruit whilst enjoying a scenic Medieval themed atmosphere.
Guests arrive to an avenue of burning flares leading them to where two knights in shining amour stand with lances. They are greeted by the royal host and hostess and led into the grand banquet hall where the magical night unfolds…
Medieval stringed music fills the banquet venue as guests are served pre-dinner drinks and canapés by waiters and waitresses dressed in medieval costumes. After guests have mingled, the royal trumpets sound and the King gives a formal welcome to his guests. He also introduces his dear friend, Merlin the magician before sitting beside his Queen on a throne at the head of the room. Appearing in a puff of smoke, Merlin appears and is consistently awing guests with his magical genius and wizardry.
The banquet hall is nothing short of a fairy tale featuring large candelabra chandeliers, and walls adorned with rich red velvet drapes, tapestries, flags and emblems, shields and Medieval paintings and an old Medieval Map adorn the walls. Naturally there are plenty of large fruit platters, ivy, vines and flowers placed around the room. Long wooden tables are arranged in a U-Shape, allowing for entertainment and performances.
High backed, red velvet chairs surround the long wooden tables which feature large gothic candelabras, beautiful platters of food and large silver goblets for the wine and symbols such as shields, canons, swords etc are scattered around.
The royal trumpets signal the official start of the grand banquet as guests are treated to a ‘medieval feast.’ The traditional ‘pig on the spit’ is the highlight of the night alluring guests with its tantalizing aromas. Add in fresh baked rolls with hot melting butter, exotic salads, roasted vegetables, meats, seafood platters and mouth-watering desserts along with large platters of fruit …just some of the sumptuous delights awaiting guests.
After dinner, guests can experience a wide selection of entertainment performed as is traditional for the King’s Courts. Flame throwers, jesters, sword swallowers, jugglers, harp players, pipe players, fiddlers, sparring knights and medieval dancing all awe guests with their expertise and give the night a fantastic fun atmosphere where anything could happen!
As the formal entertainment winds down and dessert has been served a trumpet sounds to announce the dancing now begins and the party is ready to heat up as the venue turns into a “Medieval Club.“ The DJ starts to play a selection of favourite dance tracks into the wee hours as guests let their hair down and enjoy everything the night has to offer.
Medieval Games can also include:
- Medieval Scavenger Hunt – guests must find the gold coins & treasure.
- Medieval Sports– guests are broken into teams of “Clans” or “Kingdoms” and must outwit and outsmart the opposing team and reach the ‘Royal Courts’.
Archery, Sword fighting, Jousting, Horse & Cart races, theatre sports, pottery candle making and cooking. - Battle of the Classes –wearing different coloured bandanas guests are grouped into different Kingdoms
